Approximately a quarter of those experiencing menopause have considered leaving work (CIPD report, 2023).
We provide coaching support for those experiencing perimenopause and menopause. Receiving support results in improved engagement and productivity, as well as a significantly reduced likelihood of an individual leaving work unnecessarily.

Psychometrics
Optimising individual and team performance is essential for success.
Psychometric assessments offer data-driven illumination of how people think and work as well as insights into team dynamics.
Through this better understanding of individuals and teams, it is possible to stimulate individual growth, foster improved collaboration and enhance all-round performance.
We are accredited to administer several validated psychometric assessments, and can deliver these as part of a wider coaching programme, or as one-off assessments (including an individual, team or group debrief session).
