Smaller professional services firms sit in a unique position concerning people strategy. They are often small enough to retain a strong people-focus and culture, but are not large enough to justify in-house expertise in all people-related areas.

We work with smaller firms to provide coaching and consultancy services to fill the gaps they have in their in-house capabilities.

Large/Multi-jurisdiction firms

Larger and especially multi-jurisdictional firms have most, if not all, of their people agenda thoroughly planned and being implemented through internal capabilities.

Where we assist larger clients is by enabling you to outsource specific projects and tasks that would benefit from external credibility or independent input.

In particular, we provide external coaching for senior leaders and leadership teams, as well as conducting unbiased consultancy and advisory work on your people strategy.
