Starry-Eyed Pragmatics has people at the heart of everything we do. We provide coaching and consultancy to intellectual property and legal services firms on a variety of people-related matters.
As consultants, we work with organisations to provide people-focused services such as leadership development, meeting and workshop facilitation, wellbeing and menopause consulting, employee feedback surveys and forums.
As coaches, we work with individuals on a one-to-one basis, as well as teams and groups. Our coaching services include several validated psychometric assessments, appropriate debriefing sessions and follow-on coaching, where required.
