
Psychometrics

We use psychometric assessments to help individuals and teams better understand their individual and team strengths and capabilities. Leveraging these insights can be used to drive enhanced performance, motivation and engagement.
We offer psychometric assessments as an optional part of any of our broader coaching services, but can also provide administration of psychometric assessments and accompanying debrief as isolated services. For some psychometric assessments we offer, conducting the accompanying debrief with a group is possible, leveraging peer-based learning opportunities.
We only use psychometric assessments that we are trained to administer and debrief. In addition, the psychometrics we offer are well-validated and widely used in a business environment. The credibility of the outcome of any psychometric is essential in our opinion. We can provide evidence validating the credibility of the assessments we use, on request.
