Starry-Eyed Pragmatics works with patent and trade mark attorneys to improve people and leadership skills across the intellectual property profession. Through executive coaching, skills training and leadership development we support our clients to bridge the gap between their aspirational ideals and real-world implementation.
Starry-Eyed Pragmatics has people at the heart of everything we do. We provide coaching, development and consultancy to intellectual property firms on a variety of people-related matters.
In our consultancy work, we work with firms to provide people-focused services such as leadership development, meeting and workshop facilitation, wellbeing and menopause consulting, employee feedback surveys and forums.
In our public training courses, we work with groups and individuals to provide training in people and leadership skills. We offer a selection of training options, from 1-hour workshops, to short 3 session courses, and through to longer leadership courses held over several months.
As coaches, we work with individuals on a one-to-one basis, as well as teams and groups. Our coaching services include several validated psychometric assessments, appropriate debriefing sessions and follow-on coaching, where required.
