What you intend and the impact you have on others often end up looking very different. This is true in pretty much every aspect of life, but can be exacerbated and longer lasting when you are a leader. In this 90-minute interactive workshop you will learn about the shadow you cast as a leader, the difference between intention and real-world impact, and how your unique leadership style could be influencing the impact you have. You'll learn also learn about how, as leaders, we can undermine those that we lead by inadvertently stepping into their role, a particular problem when you still do some of that same kinds of work alongside your leadership responsibilities. You'll learn ways to improve the positive impact of your leadership through leadership style adaptation and how to reduce the disconnect between your intention and the impact it has. You'll leave the workshop with more confidence in your leadership and and understanding of how to have a positive impact on those you work with.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the session (for single session bookings) or the first session (for multi-session courses). There are no refunds for non-attendance or cancellation within 24 hours of the session (for single session bookings) or the first session (for multi-session courses). There are no refunds for any disbursements incurred on your behalf, including (but not limited to) psychometric assessments that have been purchased by us and allocated to you in the systems of the psychometric provider, even if they have not been used. If we cancel or reschedule the course at any time, we will transfer your booking, or on your request issue a refund (refund in full if no sessions have been held, or a pro-rata'd refund for the sessions not held in a multi-session course, calculated on a time basis where sessions are not of identical time duration).
